Dear parents!
The Holiday Season is upon us. NetCost market and Santa Claus are announcing a very special contest for our little shoppers:
To enter, your children should write a letter to Santa Claus.
In the letter to Santa Claus, they should tell him:
- What they love about NetCost Market
- And what is their favorite food
You and your little shopper will find special mailboxes in every NetCost Market that will be mailed directly to Saint Nick himself.
Drop off your mail from November 5th to December 5th. Don’t forget to put your child’s age, a guardian or parent’s phone number, and email!

Official Rules
No purchase is necessary to enter or win
All participants in order to enter the contest must be a parent or guardian of the Children writing the letter.
To Enter: Between November 5 and December 5, 2019, families with children between the ages of 4-12, can enter the contest by having their children write a letter addressed to Santa. In the letter, they will be asked to write about their favorite food and why they like to accompany their parents to NetCost Market while shopping. Parents of participants will be asked to provide their name and contact information as well as their child’s name and age. The collection of this information is to be used solely for the distribution of prizes to the winners. Contact information will not be stored or sold or used in any other way. In each NetCost Market location, there will be a special “letter to Santa” mailbox. Each child and their parent is asked to drop their letter to Santa off at one of the mailboxes during the dates November 5-December 5, 2019.
Limit: ONLY 1 Entry per child, families with multiple children can enter with each child between the ages of 4-12.

Prizes: Prizes will include gift cards, bicycles, television, and an assortment of other prizes. Prizes will be awarded by random drawing at 3100 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11235 at 4pm. All participants are asked to be present during the drawing for prizes. Those who cannot make the drawing and who do win the drawing for a prize will be contacted at a date after December 18, 2019. Prize winners will be asked to pick up their prizes from the 3100 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. location by December 31, 2019.
Drawing: The drawing will be done at Random. Letters will be collected from all of the participating NetCost Market retail locations. The letters will be mixed together and randomly picked out of the collection to win. The letters that are chosen will be read aloud at the drawing. The drawing will take place at 4 pm at NetCost Market, 3100 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11235 All participants will be asked to be present for the drawing at 4 pm on December 18th, 2019 at 3100 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y.11235, random winners were chosen who are not present at the time of the drawing will be contacted at a date after December 18 and awarded the prizes. All prizes must be picked up at the store location in Brooklyn.
ELIGIBILITY: The contest is free to enter and open to legal NY/NJ/CT residents 21 years of age or older who are parents or guardians of the children participating at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family or those living in the same household and each of their respective parent companies, promotional licensees, prize providers, agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, owners, and agents, are ineligible to enter. The contest shall be void where prohibited by law and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. New York State law governs this contest without reference to the choice of law provisions thereof.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees (including income and withholding taxes). No substitution of prizes is permitted by any Winner. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, returned, or unclaimed prizes that are mailed or shipped to the prize winner. The prizes (or any portion thereof) cannot be sold or gifted, cannot be redeemed for cash, are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount, premium, or rebate offer. Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
