Ingredients: 1 lb. thinly sliced beef top blade steak, 1 oz. dried porcini mushrooms, ½ an onion, 2 hard-boiled eggs – peeled, ½ cup breadcrumbs, sliced pickles, 2-4 tbsp. pork fat, salt, pepper, a little flour.
